Juliens Roques goes into consulting

For those who remember the early days of rue Henri-Blanvalet, Bottle Brothers was one of the first establishments. Benjamin Breton at the stove, Julien Roques was part of this adventure, offering cocktails and structured dishes. After various stints in Geneva restaurants, he decided to launch his own business, working with hotel and restaurant professionals. With his company JR Conseil, he plans to optimize operations, structure projects and give advice on how to successfully open a restaurant. “My aim is to help interested parties turn their ideas into a solid, profitable and well-organized establishment,” he explains. Thanks to his network of partners (producers, distributors, experts in construction, communications and finance) built up over 12 years of experience, he can offer tailor-made support.
