Jacopo Romagnoli opens Gallo

Gone is the quickly aborted concept of the American barbecue. L’Universal (for those who still remember the great evenings spent in this Geneva institution) will finally rise from the ashes with the arrival of chef Jacopo Romagnoli. We’ve been waiting for him for several months, and after several furtive but nonetheless gourmet collaborations with Comptoir du Boulevard and Coin Coin, he’s preparing to open HIS restaurant after a brilliant stint behind the stove at Café de la Plage. Before the end of the year, epicureans will be able to discover Gallothe new gastronomic lair of this chef who has rapidly built a solid reputation for his generous, technically precise cuisine, in which the product is brought to the highest level. Geneva is delighted to retain the best talent in Jacopo Romagnoli, a chef who continues to write his finest pages.
