Intimate table d’hôtes at Alter

Following on from the success of the Square and Genève Genève table d’hôtes, we’re delighted to announce that they’ll be returning in a most exceptional setting. From now on, it’s Quentin Verne and the team at LVX Spirits who are taking the reins of the project with intimate table d’hôtes in their new Geneva distillery: Alter. On Friday November 29, they will open the Alter Diner Club with Margaux Grange-Stepczynski, aka La Betschfor an unforgettable gastronomic evening. Since opening her table d’hôtes in Carouge, Margaux has established herself as a visionary chef, celebrating local produce with audacity and creativity. She sublimates the unexpected: homemade ferments, forgotten cuts of meat, misunderstood lake fish, neglected cereals, all in a deliciously unexpected surprise menu designed with a 100% ethical, zero-waste approach. At this event, five courses await you, telling the story of local producers, paired with amazing drinks signed by LVX Spirits and made with local ingredients from treasures picked in the forest.
