Indie Group relaunches La Sauvageonne in Megève

The groups have finally packed their bags in the heart of the famous Megève resort. As of December 15, the entireIndie Group team will be rekindling the festive flame at La Sauvageonne restaurant. The decor has changed, but the credo remains the same: to push the tables of bon vivants onto the dance floor, and to invite those who have danced too much to sit down. In the heart of the resort, this new address nestled in a typical chalet promises to be the après-ski rendezvous for dining with friends. In a hushed setting and with Asian-influenced cuisine, chef Vincent Lukac, accompanied by chef Paul Henry Bayart, delivers a comforting, gourmet menu with a modern twist. On the menu: Pepper lobster, Udon carbonara, Nuggets & Caviar, Dumplings and the must-try Green Curry Fried Chicken.
