La Réserve opens a new chapter in Italy with a move to Florence, in a fully restored 15th-century palazzo. A confidential address combining heritage, design and Florentine art de vivre.

La Réserve makes its Italian debut in Florence, in a 15th-century palazzo in the heart of the Oltrarno district, a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. This historic building on Via Santo Spirito, acquired by Olivia and Grégory Marciano in 2022, has been meticulously restored. Transformed into six 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, with interiors designed by Gilles & Boissier, the property combines heritage with contemporary elegance. Each apartment offers the intimacy of a private home with hotel services, to experience Florence like an insider, between art de vivre, culture and discreet refinement.
