In Confignon, four winemakers sit down to dinner

One winery per week, two evenings with the winemaker: theAuberge de Confignon is launching “Les Vignerons à l’Auberge” in October. It’s an opportunity to discover the region’s wines over a meal while chatting directly with the winemakers themselves.

Wines from each estate will be featured throughout the week, with food-and-wine pairings based on the new menu and the game menu. Some lesser-known wines—some of which are not yet available for sale—may also be served by the glass.

The Domaine des Curiades, in Lully, will kick off the season on October 6 and 8. Next up: Domaine de Beauvent in Bernex on October 14 and 15, Domaine du Centaure in Dardagny on October 20 and 22, and Mermoud Vignerons in Lully on October 27 and 29. Please note that these dates correspond to the evenings when the winemakers will be present. All that’s left to do is taste the wines!
