Alongside Gilles Dupont and Claude Legras, two former chefs of the Auberge du Lion d'Or, current chef Léo Besnard offers a historic menu for one evening.

It’s the kind of gourmet initiative we love so much. The present meets the past… to become one for the duration of an exceptional dinner. On Wednesday October 8, the chef from Auberge du Lion d’OrLéo Besnard, will welcome two legends of Geneva gastronomy who once worked behind the stoves of this iconic establishment. “As soon as we spoke to them about the project, they were immediately enthusiastic about it, and were keen to add a touch of solidarity by proposing a donation for multiple sclerosis research,” explains Ricardo Alves, director of the Auberge du Lion du Or. Each guest will offer his or her signature dish, along with that of Chef Léo, for an evening that’s both gourmet and full of emotion. Rumor has it that sea urchinade with a fine seawater jelly and poached turbot with a cockle marinière juice will be on the menu. We’re delighted to be able to put the spotlight on this establishment so dear to Geneva’s hearts.
