Happy birthday Nero’s Pizza

Now alone at the helm since the departure of his sidekick Max Fischer, Edoardo Trivero looks back on his last ten years of entrepreneurship, which he says have gone by as fast as light. On the Instagram account of Nero’s Pizzaaccount, he says “this decade has been filled with joy, stress, excitement, highs and lows”. From the foodtruck to the arcade in Zurich, via a point of sale on the first floor of the Globus store in Rue du Marché and, more recently, the arcade in Vésenaz, it’s true that this adventure around Roman pizza is a great story. A little bird tells me that this gastronomic epic has no end in sight…
