Happy birthday Chez Calvin!
With Fabian Affentranger as Master of Ceremonies, it’s time to blow out the seventh candle of Chez Calvin. Chez Calvin. It’s already seven years since this young restaurateur took over the premises and turned it into a friendly, festive and cheerful establishment. Fabien Affentranger, who also owns a restaurant in Les Eaux-Vives, juggles concepts and cuisines from around the world – Israeli, Oriental, Italian and French – regularly teaming up with (re)famous chefs such as Eyal Shani and, more recently, Luca Ragnelli. To celebrate this seventh anniversary in style, the restaurateur is returning to his first culinary love with Chez Calvin in Parisian brasserie mode. Expect to sample pâté croute, seafood, beef tartare, sole meunière, pike quenelle and even chocolate mousse… all while dancing to French music classics.
