Happy birthday Bombar
An important date for Marc Popper and the whole team at Bombar ! They will be celebrating their fifth anniversary with a new menu featuring the high-flying, sharing cuisine of Victor Freiburghaus and Alexandre Jeny. In this culinary vein, Marc Popper is off to a most promising start. Let’s take a seat at the bar to taste a smoked herring, apple in oil, glazed carrot, risotto cacio e pepe, lamb shoulder confit, olive polenta or an almond cookie with blond chocolate ganache.
