Gourmet Brothers en Chocolat

As it continues to make a name for itself with its catering service Gourmet Brotherscatering service, preparing devilish cocktails at Bottle Brothers on rue des Eaux-Vives, and working on the future openings of Auberge du Port Gitana in Bellevue and Casa Lulia in Nyon, Benjamin Luzuy is now branching out into chocolate. With his sister Marie and long-time sidekick Paul Cassigneul, Benjamin announces the opening of the boutique Tout Chocolat boutique on March 20 in Vésenaz, replacing Nero’s Pizza. In association with pastry chef Yohan Coiffard, the team in place will offer delicious and original creations based on exceptional chocolate, just like Orfève does. Let’s look forward to discovering the sweet treats of this passionate team that never stops.
