Michelin-starred chef Gilles Varone will soon be relocating to Savièse.

The Chef Gilles Varonechef Gilles Varone, winner of a Michelin star and 15 Gault&Millau points, is moving to Savièse, above Sion. This talented chef is writing a new chapter in his gastronomic history, and at the same time preparing a new concept for next spring. We look forward to discovering his new projects, as well as the cuisine of this chef whose extensive CV includes work experience with famous chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Claude Bosi in London.
