General Meeting of Grandes Tables Suisses

At its Annual General Meeting, held on May 5 and 6, 2024 at the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne, the association of Great Swiss Tables achieved significant success by welcoming twelve new members to its ranks. This expansion marks a new stage in the steady growth of the association, which now boasts over 70 members and is representative of gastronomy throughout Switzerland. Guy Ravet, President of Les Grandes Tables Suisses, comments: “Our association continues to grow and to increase its presence in all regions of our country. We now want to strengthen the presence of women within our association, and our door is wide open to you! From Martin Göschel of Gstaad’s Hotel Alpina to Ivan Baretti of Geneva’s Tosca restaurant, and Philippe Deslarzes of Njørden restaurant to name but a few, the culinary influence of this association continues to grow.
