Gelatomania rekindles winter

The iconic boutique Gelatomania boutique in the Bourg-de-Four is coming back to life until December 24, from Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 7pm. Claudio, Andrew and Aymeric unveil a delightful end-of-year collection: frosted fruits – lemon, lime, clementine, pink grapefruit, baby pineapple – and six new frozen logs, entirely reinvented this year with in-house expertise. Chocolat poire, forêt verte, lei tropicale, gianduja and tiramisu make a remarkable frosted appearance. In the boutique, a number of flavors specially designed for winter are added to the festivities: Pandoro, cookie dough, as well as panettonidby a Ticino master craftsman and world champion, which go wonderfully well with fior di latte or sincere vanilla. Logs will be available in limited quantities, so it’s best to aim for the opening, or book directly on site to secure the date of your choice. An icy, festive Christmas, shaped like a seasonal miracle. Reservations for logs and frosted fruit can be made until December 17.
