Gastronomy and health at EHL

The close relationship between diet and health is increasingly at the heart of public health concerns. To better understand how “eating better means living better”, the EHL Hospitality Business School’s R&D nutrition research institute is organizing a day of conferences and practical workshops open to all, on the theme of “Gastronomy and Health” on April 22, 2024 on theEHL CAMPUScampus in Lausanne. During this day, culinary professionals, medical professionals specialized in food and more generally anyone interested in the theme of nutrition, will have the opportunity to interact with expert organizations in the culinary and medical fields, combining their knowledge to propose an innovative approach.
