Entitled Carte blanche, the program promises to be a mouth-watering one. The duo will hit the market on Saturday morning, and plan to serve 5 dishes each. Contacted by telephone, Jacopo Romagnoli explains that one of the ideas behind this event is for Pierre to be able to use and showcase the region’s best produce.
