From 51 to 100 for the 50 Best 2025
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 recently revealed the list of restaurants ranked No.51- No.100, ahead of the awards ceremony to be held in Turin, in Italy’s Piedmont region, on June 19. The extensive 51-100 list includes establishments on six continents, and was compiled from the votes of 1,120 independent culinary experts, including renowned chefs, food journalists and globe-trotting gourmets. All voted for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, whose full ranking will be revealed live on stage in two weeks’ time. Europe stands out with 20 restaurants in the ranking, including new entries such as Koan in Copenhagen (No.91), Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona (No.78), Txispa in Atxondo, Spain (No.85) and Al Gatto Verde in Modena (No.92). Jordnær in Copenhagen returns to the 51-100 list at No.56. Andreas Caminada’s restaurant in Fürstenau, Graubünden, ranks 52nd. LIST 51 to 100
