Frédéric Anton opens in China
After the Pré Catelan in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne and the Jules Verne at the top of the Eiffel Tower, chef Frédéric Anton is continuing his rise to gastronomic heights by opening his first restaurant on Chinese soil. The chef has taken up residence at 18 on the Bund. The famous avenue has already seen the work of many French chefs, including the Pourcel brothers, Mauro Colagreco, Paul Pairet and, above all, Joël Robuchon, one of whose Ateliers was held on the site of the new establishment. Joining Maison Lenôtre in this new adventure, Frédéric Anton brings along his loyal chef Adrien Delcourt, who has been with him for 10 years now. In the dining room, Manon Anton, the chef’s daughter, will be in charge of staff and service. 6- and 10-course menus will be served for lunch and dinner respectively.
