Four-hands dinner at the Lausanne Palace
La Table du Lausanne Palacea double Michelin-starred restaurant, regularly hosts events where conviviality rhymes with haute gastronomy. Sarah and Franck Pelux, with their strong network in the restaurant world, have forged friendly links with renowned chefs who shine in their respective establishments. Their taste for sharing has given impetus to “conviviality”, a cycle of meetings with chefs they are close to, winemakers they love and artists they are passionate about. Each date is the occasion for a menu created by four hands, to be enjoyed at lunchtime or in the evening. It’s time to get out your diary, as the next gourmet moment will take place on Thursday January 23, in the company of Fabien Ferré, the youngest three-star chef at La Table du Castellet.
