Fiskebar welcomes Domaine de Châteauvieux

Gourmets, save the date: a unique dinner will take place in the restaurant of the Hôtel de la Paix Ritz-Carlton on Thursday March 27, starting at 7:30 pm. Alongside chef Francesca Fucci from Fiskebarthe entire brigade of the Domaine de Châteauvieux from Satigny for the occasion. Inspired by the childhood memories of the four chefs, this dinner will celebrate the memory of taste: from Puglia for Francesca Fucci, to Geneva for Philippe Chevrier, via Brittany and Normandy for François Periers and Portugal for Manuel Pereira. Between tradition and creativity, this gastronomic encounter will sublimate seasonal products, magnified by the talent and sensitivity of the chefs to offer a sensory experience as intimate as it is exceptional. After tasting a foie gras royale with mango chutney and pineapple jelly, a bouchée à la reine with sweetbreads, langoustines and candied salsify awaits you. Fusillone, cime di rapa, anchovies and black garlic go head to head with hay-smoked lamb, morels stuffed with wild garlic and green asparagus. Lisbon lemon, sponge cake and crispy candied zest round off this gourmet odyssey.
