Fiskebar becomes a summer bistro

It’s around an ephemeral bistro concept that the Fiskebar plans to operate for the summer period. From Wednesday to Saturday, 12 am to 10 pm, the entire team, along with chef Francesca Fucci, will offer fresh, local, creative and sunny cuisine, in a magnificent setting. Freer in its approach, but still faithful to the excellence of the Ritz-Carlton Hôtel de la Paix in Geneva, the Bistrot d’Été by Fiskebar will appeal to gourmets passing through the quayside on Lake Geneva. On the plate, compositions such as carpaccio of Swiss black angus or gambero rosso or fragrant eggplant ravioli are on the menu. Not forgetting the melt-in-the-mouth lobster roll, smoked burrata with pickled vegetables, strawberry gravlax with honey mustard, and veal chop. A sweet gourmet interlude awaits you…
