F. P. Journe, Wine District and Marie-Thérèse Chappaz

This is an event not to be missed by lovers of fine wines and gastronomy. The Wine District Wine District supported by its founders, Charles Villa and Morgane Covino-Bellido, will bring together two exceptional worlds on October 29: that of the iconic Valais winemaker, Marie-Thérèse Chappazand that of chef Dominique Gauthier, head of the restaurant F. P. Journe. For the occasion, the chef has devised an exquisite seasonal menu, in which each dish is paired with the estate’s wines. Among the first culinary emotions, a Barbue de ligne de Bretagne, Imperator curry, paired with Grain Pinot Les Dahrres 2020 and Grain Pinot Charrat 2020. The score continues with a Sarawak pepper-roasted venison, accompanied by quince and parsnips, served on a Grain Mariage 2019 and 2022.
