Experimental Group opens in Marais

After opening (re)famous establishments all over Europe, theExperimental Group continues its hotel expansion with the opening of a 5-star hotel in the heart of the Marais district of Paris. The new hotel complements the Group’s Grand Pigalle and Grands Boulevards establishments in Paris, as well as its hotels in Verbier, London, Ibiza, Venice, Menorca, Biarritz, Cotswolds and Val d’Isère earlier this year. The hotel features 43 rooms, a cocktail bar, spa, swimming pool, and a “Temple & Chapon” restaurant run by chef Mélanie Serre. Having cut her teeth with Joël Robuchon, she revisits the great classics of American cuisine, infusing them with her own touch of French elegance. The menu features top-quality meat, seafood and large dishes for sharing, for meals that are as convivial as they are generous, in a cathedral-style dining room seating 100.
