Ermes Elsener is no stranger to the region. After almost 20 years at the helm of the Hotel Olden in Gstaad, this leading professional in the restaurant and hotel business has moved to another village (and another canton), and has just been appointed by Sabine and Benoît Carcenat to manage the Valrose in Rougemont.
