De Bleu! at the Mondial du Fromage

Les Fromageries De Bleu ! located between Carouge and Vésenaz, are delighted to announce that Raphaëlle Houdart, the manager of the Carouge boutique, and winner of the last international competition for the most beautiful cheese platters held in Switzerland two years ago, has been proudly selected to represent Switzerland at the Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers next September. This year’s competition will bring together 19 hand-picked candidates from 15 different countries. The choice of Raphaëlle is a clear recognition of her dedication, rigor and professionalism on a daily basis at De Bleu! The jury will be made up of several Meilleurs Ouvriers de France fromager (MOF), including Mr. Rodolphe Le Meunier, MOF and World Champion 2007, independent international cheesemakers and creamery-cheesemakers chosen at random, bringing a variety of perspectives on the excellence of the profession.
