Darnauguilhem hands over the reins to the Montagnards

When you know the beauty of the Pinte des Mossettesit’s hard to blame Nicolas Darnauguilhem. Winner of a Michelin star and a green star, this talented alpine and vegetal creator has decided to pass on the torch to Auberge des Montagnards from June to refocus on his gourmet restaurant in Cerniat. “I wanted to concentrate 100% on my work as a chef, on my garden and on welcoming gourmets and gourmands visiting the region”, he tells us. For aficionados of this atypical place, rest assured… Nicolas Darnauguilhem is passing on the knowledge of the flame to Anthony Bèque, who will from now on be flying with his own gastronomic wings. In the meantime, we look forward to meeting the entire Pinte des Mossettes team.
