CoinCoin and LVX Spirits at Mamco

As part of the Art Genèveto be held at Palexpo from January 25 to 28, MAMCO invites you to enjoy a sensational culinary experience over two exceptional evenings. Open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., the concept is divided into several phases: special programming and visits around the exhibitions, which will remain open until 10 p.m. on Friday and 8 p.m. on Saturday, and dinner prepared by Yann Mantelli, chef of the restaurant CoinCoin. With contemporary food and cocktail pairings by Quentin Verne, owner of LVX Spiritsthe chef will create a five-course menu in phase with the season. Rice potato chips / cauliflower / squid, chawawnmushi / squash / kumquat or spinach / beef confit / cabbage will be on the menu. A unique experience combining gastronomy and mixology, all in a festive atmosphere with DJ sets until late into the night.
