After its Trattoria Gourmet located in the heart of the Pâquis district, and his pizzeria in La Jonction, chef Ciro Ascione has launched his own catering business. An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about fine transalpine produce and an outstanding cook, he had been thinking for some time of developing his Italian gastronomic talents in catering mode.
