Never short of ideas, pastry chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Christophe Renou has just launched a new collection inspired by the Japanese art of paper folding.

For the autumn season, the pastry chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Christophe Renoulaunches his new collection of Origami pastries. Triangular, round, rectangular or cubic… geometric shapes have pride of place! Sweet tooths can choose between “le Piémont” – a triangle-shaped cake, all hazelnut, with a crunchy hazelnut and milk chocolate base, hazelnut cream with hazelnut praline, soft cookie and vanilla chantilly – and a vanilla pecan tartlet, with Madagscar vanilla cream, light cream, pecan praline and crunchy shortbread, all round. And finally, a little cube with Le Cappuccino à la noisette, crunchy shortbread, hazelnut cream, milk chocolate coffee cream, light coffee cream. A new series of geometric, gourmet pastries for everyone to enjoy!
