Chez Philippe, a steakhouse that’s become an institution

Ten years after opening, Chez Philippe is celebrating its success in the heart of Geneva. The brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Philippe Chevrier, a leading figure in Swiss gastronomy and head of the Domaine de Châteauvieuxas well as several other establishments in Geneva, the New York-style steakhouse has established itself as a landmark address. Supported by 200 enthusiastic shareholders, the place embodies the spirit of sharing dear to the chef: a human and collective adventure where conviviality, elegance and wood fires come together. “This restaurant was born of the conviction that gastronomy is above all about sharing.
