After a six-month return to its roots as a Parisian brasserie, the festive Chez Calvin restaurant is heading for Argentina over the summer.

Never short of ideas, the owner of Chez Calvinowner Fabian Affentranger is taking you to Argentina for the next six months. Entitled La Estancia, the restaurant will bring you South American vibes from April 23 to September 23. Two gastronomic proposals are on offer: a street-food menu featuring wood-fired empanadas, choripan sausage sandwiches, ceviche, artichokes a la plancha and much more. On the restaurant side, La Estancia celebrates the asado cooking technique typical of gaucho country. Inspired by grilling whole pieces of meat and fish over an open fire, the asado is also a convivial moment to share with friends into the night. To accompany these fine cuts of farm-raised meat, you can discover mate and Fernet Branca cocktails, while tasting wines from Mendoza, the Andes, Patagonia and even Peru. What a program!
