For their new chef residency, the Bánh Mì duo welcome Kenzo Tu... a creative and instinctive chef.

After three years on the road in Vietnam, Australia and Indonesia, chef Kenzo Tu returns to European soil. After training with such great chefs as Alexandre Mazzia in Marseille and Arnaud Faye at La Chèvre d’Or in Èze, he arrives in Geneva to our great delight. And it’s at Bánh Mì from September 16 to 27 for a crazy chef’s residency. Of Franco-Vietnamese origin, this chef will be offering a menu specially designed for the occasion, with Vietnamese accents and French touches and influences. We’re already looking forward to this new gourmet experience in the heart of Geneva. You’ll be able to choose between fried wonton with Sichuan pepper and fermented chili sauce, shrimp chips with Vietnamese-style mayo egg, and pâté, salad and nuoc cham. A complete change of scenery without leaving Eaux-Vives.
