Chartreuse evening at the Odéon
With new news, it’s back to school time! To our great delight, the entireOdéon is delighted to invite you to a unique evening. On Thursday September 18, the boulevard Saint-Georges bistro is organizing its first event dedicated to Chartreuse, one of France’s greatest liqueurs. Enthusiastic guests will have the professional opportunity to taste several rare vintages of Chartreuse, ranging from the 2000s to the 1970s. A surprise is also in store at the end of the meal. To leave nothing to chance and make the experience even more convivial, an expert will accompany guests throughout the tasting, sharing his knowledge and immersing them in the fascinating world of this mythical liqueur. Chef Benjamin Garin has put together a wild menu for the occasion: vichyssoise with crayfish, ballotine of pheasant with foie gras and scallops, and Sardinian fregola are just some of the gourmet delights on offer.
