The former Les Mandarines restaurant, located on the slope of the same name in the famous Megève resort, has just been bought by the Annie Famose group – named after the former ski champion who heads the winter sports equipment rental giant Skiset, now run by her two children – and renamed Chalet Sauvage. The group, which has already built up an impressive portfolio of some 30 restaurants in Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Saint-Tropez, Biarritz and Saint-Barthélemy, has teamed up for the second time with three-Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon to offer high-altitude cuisine.
