In addition to drawing up the dessert menus for the Monegasque palace, the pastry chef is opening a new establishment in the heart of the hotel: Cédric Grolet Monte-Carlo. The intimate patio of theHôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo will host the famous French pastry chef’s tea room and boutique. This fresh collaboration reinforces the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group’s taste for excellence and creativity. For Albert Manzone, General Manager, Cédric Grolet is today one of the greatest names in the world of patisserie. His arrival at our resort, and in particular at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, further consolidates our status as a leading destination for the art of living and gastronomy in Europe.
