Casti, a new Italian landmark
We’ve been waiting a long time for this beautiful arcade on the corner of boulevard Georges-Favon and place de la Synagogue to take over. It’s finally here, with the arrival of Casti! Short for Castiglione, owner Sacha Nadim aims to perpetuate his family’s culinary traditions. While adding a subtle touch of youth and modernity, the restaurateur (and alumnus of the École hôtelière de Lausanne) wishes above all to perpetuate the authentic transalpine recipes enjoyed by his family. In an atmosphere inspired by a chic yet relaxed Milanese trattoria, Casti will welcome its first gourmets from Tuesday January 28.
