Casa Dolcetta and Gallo: A Week of Sharing
Casa Dolcetta has no fixed address. Conceived by Francesco Dolcetta and Constance Rivière, this nomadic salon travels between Rome and other destinations, driven by the joy of hosting and sharing a quality meal. To our great delight, the duo is heading to Geneva for a week of gourmet delights on Boulevard du Pont-d’Arve, a spot we love so much.
Italian Accents
During his stopover in Gallo, the duo is working with chef Jacopo Romagnoli on a menu with Italian influences. Among the dishes being considered: pork head pâté with orange and chili pepper, pasta cutas fine as angel hair and served with a rockfish ragout, or a reimagined version of saltimbocca. Porcini mushrooms, artichokes, and rice might also make an appearance on the menu. Gallo’s dining format will retain its usual structure and prices. The lunch menu—featuring a starter, main course, and dessert served within 55 minutes—will continue to be offered for 45 francs, with a Roman twist of its own.
