Renowned for its ability to create unique gastronomic experiences, the Hotel Eastwest the Malone Group’s Eastwest hotel, where private chef Carole Befolo will soon be setting down her knives for a new ephemeral table. For the Eastwest, the chef will structure the gastronomic experience around two distinct menus. The signature menu will feature Carole Befolo’s signature creations, such as the Bissap marbled egg, pigeon and the famous mafé chicken, as well as the root and tuber jardinière. Lovers of world cuisine will opt for the L’Africanisant menu, which explores the flavors of Cameroon’s Beti culture with a perfect mastery of spices.
