Bleu Nuit opens for lunch
Who would have thought it? Visit Bleu Nuit open for lunch! And why not? It’s just a matter of getting into the habit. After all, this Geneva institution has long been open at lunchtime. All the more reason to discover the marvellous cuisine of chef Mathis Fréré and Justine Montessuit, whose short menu is, as always, a pleasure to savour. From Wednesday January 29, come and enjoy a menu of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts, which will change almost daily according to the market and the seasons. So, for epicureans in search of beautifully crafted plates, why not indulge in a poultry and pistachio pâté en croûte served with mustard seed salad shoots and pickles. Continue with a coconut bean stew with cod rolled in green cabbage. Finish with a caramel and tonka bean flan. It’s new, it’s fun… all you have to do is make a reservation ;)
