Benjamin Breton starred

Following the ceremony via the Internet, we hear Benjamin Breton’s name called out before an audience of French chefs at the latest Michelin Guide France ceremony. We see him descend the stairs to the podium, where Gwendal Poullennec hands him a chef’s jacket with the coveted red macaron embroidered on it. After winning a star at the FiskeBar in the Hôtel de la Paix – Ritz Carlton, he’s back again as a chef, but this time as the owner of his own Auberge de Lucinges. A distinction which, once again, confirms the immense talent of this discreet chef, whom we look forward to visiting for another tasting session.
