He’s back in Geneva! Unfortunately, only for lunch! But that’s more than enough time to make a detour to Refettorio Geneva and check him out. Chef Benjamin Breton is leaving the stoves at the Auberge de Lucinges to join Walter El Nagar for the next Guest Chef Series at the Refettorio Geneva. Always in favor of the underprivileged, this next chef residency will bring the two chefs together on June 18 for a lunch where cooking rhymes with humanity and sharing. Drawing inspiration from tradition, from a cuisine imbued with memories, both generous and comforting, is the very essence of Benjamin Breton’s approach to creating his dishes.
