Bénichon at Les Trois Tours

For once, chef Romain Paillereau and his team at the Trois Tours restaurant are continuing the tradition of the Bénichon. And to mark this festival, which has been celebrated in the canton of Fribourg for centuries, the chef invites us to the traditional meal on Sunday, September 8 at noon sharp. You’ll be able to sample the unmissable cuchaule with Bénichon mustard,Borne ham, leg of lamb and, to round things off, meringues in eight stages.
