Bánh Mì’s summer pop-up
The duo from Bánh Mì duo (Vanessa and Pierre) delights us once again with the arrival of chef Michaela Frank direct from Zurich. Mind you, the 29-year-old chef will be in our beautiful Cité de Calvin for just three dinners. A brilliant young chef, she is already one of the most promising talents in Swiss gastronomy. After a number of professional experiences behind the stove, she worked for chef Nenad Mlinarevic. In the meantime, Michaela has been awarded a scholarship to take part in the Andrea Caminada Foundation’s development program. The youngest chef to receive 14 points from Gault & Millau Switzerland, Michaela has rapidly established herself on the gastronomic scene, impressing with both her talent and her clear vision. This year, she is concentrating on residencies and other collaborations, before certainly opening her own restaurant. The Chinese-influenced menu includes marinated eggs with black rice vinaigrette, white bean ravioli with peanut sauce and vermicelli cake with smoked eel and homemade pickles. From July 17 to 19.
