Bacchus welcomes Haut-Brion

On Thursday, March 21, the Caveau de Bacchus operational and sales director welcomes Châteaux Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion for a unique wine experience. During this exceptional evening, you’ll be able to taste Château Haut-Brion blanc 2007, Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2006 and 2008, and Château Haut-Brion 2001 and 2003. To match the wine sequences, the menu includes scallops and citrus fruits, roasted turbot, tuna tartare or pigeon fillet and leg of lamb… all prepared by chef Yves Kosatic.
