Anouch receives Granier liqueurs

Organized by the CAVEthe evening takes place on Wednesday February 28 and celebrates plants, Savoie and liqueurs. It all begins with a free tasting of Granier liqueurs liqueurs in the Wilde art gallery space, before dining at restaurant Anouch. Chef Tamara Hussian will welcome you with a series of food and wine pairings entitled “Les Plantes & La Savoie”. The selection will revolve around Savoie wines and Granier liqueurs made from infusions of organic plants and local freshwater. Like a vegetable starter with endive and honey, a piece of beef / butternut / barley risotto or a meringue with double cream / citrus / verbena… It’s already shaping up to be an excellent evening. As for the wines, Kamonchat Waiyakan, our sommelier, and the CAVE team promise you a colorful wine experience.
