Some encounters are obvious. As an extension of her ties with Asia, Anne-Sophie Pic continues her exploration of flavors, offering innovative cuisine that pays homage to French gastronomy at the heart of this institution since 1958. In taking over this storied establishment, the chef will be writing a new page for Le Normandie, where her culinary philosophy of impregnation will extend from food to drink. “I deeply believe that cuisine is a universal language, a space where cultures meet.
