And two for Superfood Smashburgers

After opening his first arcade on avenue Pictet-de-Rochemont, Gregory Ahr, owner of Superfood Smashburger, is expanding into Saint-Julien.

Was this the objective right from the start? Only Gregory Ahr can say! In any case, his culinary adventure around smashburgers, in an ultra-retro setting worthy of 80s clichés, is proving to be a winning bet. It’s at La Julienne, Plan-les-Ouates’ cultural center at 116 rte de Saint-Julien, that the former SIP founder is launching his second Superfood Smashburger. So if you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to drop in and say hello, and at the same time (re)taste a Japanese burger, featuring cheddar, onion sprouts, white radish, yuzu saure and wasabi. And if you’re suddenly in the mood for something Central American, why not try the “Mexican” burger, also made with cheddar, guacamole, pickled onions, bacon, jalapeño pepper and salsa verde. We’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate this entrepreneur, who continues to make his mark in Geneva with innovative concepts.
