Melrose Kitchen founders Raphy Fathi and Clément Cuq open a second arcade in Eaux-Vives.

We left them in May with the desire to look for commercial partners to help them develop in Switzerland and beyond. A few months later, it’s done. With this new opening in the heart of Eaux-Vives, the founders of Melrose Kitchenfounders Raphy Fathi and Clément Cuq have moved up a gear. It’s in the Rue de la Scie arcade, formerly home to the Alive restaurant, that the duo have decided to open their superfoods concept. In a Californian setting, where palm trees stand out against a flashy pink, and after a first small arcade on the right bank, the entrepreneurial duo is back again, to the delight of lovers of healthy food, bursting with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but not only. With Form Studioa space dedicated to pilates, you’ll find avocado toast, soft-boiled eggs on bread with tomatoes, feta and olives, açai bowls and, of course, a corner dedicated to matcha tea. Available as a take-away for now, and soon as a restaurant, which will also offer lunch. Congratulations, gentlemen!
