It’s in their avant-garde space that theAlter team will be giving carte-blanche to culinary talents from near and far for exclusive dinners. Each evening promises a sensory immersion in the culinary universe of the guest chefs, with creative menus designed especially for the occasion. To enrich the experience, Alter will be offering unexpected beverage pairings, enhanced by a captivating sound and visual ambience. A few names are already being whispered about for the first editions: Benjamin Breton fromAuberge de LucingesMargaux Grange from La Betsch or Alba Farnós Viñals (formerly Le Gram). But it’s the famous GooGoo (aka @_Ladygoogoo on instagram) will open the ball on Friday, October 18. Since 2020, this Burmese chef has been touring Asia and Europe, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs and the must-try restaurants of the moment. Her seven-course menu, inspired by Burmese flavors, promises to be an unforgettable culinary journey!
