A wine tour of Europe at the CAVE
On November 7, the CAVE invites wine lovers on a true European tour of terroirs. From the Mosel to Piedmont, via Bordeaux, the Loire and Languedoc, a dozen winemakers will be presenting their wines at a grand tasting at their Gland establishment. Among them: Domaine Van Volxem and its crystal-clear Rieslings, Tom Litwan and his goldsmith Pinot Noirs, Herbert Zillinger and his biodynamic wines from the Weinviertel, and Simon Blanchard, a figure of the Bordeaux new wave. Mas des Brousses, Clos de l’Anhel, Château de Plaisance, Louise Brison and Les Sottimano will round off this meeting, which is all about sharing and high standards. An evening of tasting, sharing and travelling, glass in hand, in the spirit of CAVE: free, curious and deeply attached to the great craftsmen of wine. All under the watchful eye of the CAVE team.
